A week later and every major Facebook page was doing it, the method to create the PHP script to scrape the Facebook API for reactions counter became known and spread like wildfire with no end in sight.
>>Learn how to create a Facebook Live poll from your mobile!<<
But we live in a fast forward world and today you don’t even need to write (or copy-paste) a PHP script to make it work, in this guide i’ll walk you through the guide to create your own viral video without code and completely free. Keep in mind Facebook’s API can’t scrape private profiles so make sure you only use a business page.
Before we begin I must say a few words: I really hate these kind of videos, I believe it makes people lose trust in the Live platform so that every video they see they first believe is a fake, even if it’s a live view of the space station… Please take your time once you got to work this new method to create real videos and real engagement so that we will all have a better future.

How to create Facebook Live poll video
The easiest tool I’ve encountered so far is upLIVE, a new website enabling you to create polls (and soon puzzles) without any code hassle. You can choose the amount of emojis you want people to vote to and their design on the screen, you also have ready-made background to choose from (or use your own). Once you design you poll you can choose automatic upload to your chosen Facebook page or manual if you feel like deep diving and handling everything yourself. While this tool is super easy and fast, it’s not free. You get 2 hours for free once you register but you are also limited to a 30 minute stream, so you will need to buy credits to remove the watermark and have longer videos. The pricing plan is very reasonable, with the basic starts at 5$ for 10 streaming hours, and you pay less for every hour with bigger plans. See how easy it is in the video below.
[UPDATE: You can now create Facebook Live games and puzzles, click here for more info]

Want a free alternative?
The good guys at Binj.Tv, a new content platform for creating and broadcasting live, high-end tv-like style, have decided to host a free polling system on their website. To access the polling system, scroll to the bottom of the binj.tv homepage.
After you log-in with your Facebook profile, you get to choose between Head-to-Head or multiple choice formats. After you make your choice you’ll be asked to upload a background image and smaller images to go with each choice according to the reaction (emoji) you want people to vote with. Add a title and some text to your post and you are ready to go live.
Once your poll is ready you’ll reach the instruction page, where you’ll have a step-by-step guide on how to connect your new poll with OBS and go live on Facebook. Follow the steps and you are live!
Here’s how it looks
Now all you have to do is choose the reactions you want to use, set the text for each option and you can also play with the background colour and add image, but that’s something you’ll find easier doing with OBS.

If you have technical problems try using the first platform, it will only cost a few $ but it’s much friendlier.

February 15, 2017
Same problem here 🙁
February 4, 2017
does’t work anymore :/ no more “video_id” in iframe’s link
February 5, 2017
you can bypass that by clicking Next in the first screen and click the embed button on the top right in the next screen. You’ll see a long number in the URL and this is your post ID, just make sure to use only the numbers after the “2F”, so no letters are used in the ID.

Is there a way to create a live poll/survey where people can come up with their own answers using hashtags? Say I want to ask “what’s your favorite junk food?” And people can choose answers themselves such as #pizza. #burgers, #tacos etc. And then make it show how the stats are?
